(March 29, 1999) Heimer is a shareholder and co-founder of Ocel, Heimer & Associates, Ltd., a Minneapolis-based public accounting firm. She is also chairs the AICPA Women and Family Issues Executive Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Society of CPAs. In this interview, Heimer discusses the importance of achieving balance between work and family life.
