Heimer is a shareholder and co-founder of Ocel, Heimer & Associates, Ltd., a Minneapolis-based public accounting firm. She is also chairs the AICPA Women and Family Issues Executive Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
