For more than 25 years, Seib has contributed to The Wall Street Journal. Currently, he is responsible for evaluating the quality and visibility of the newspaper's news analysis from Washington. Seib appears regularly on programs such as CNBC, CNN and the BBC as a commentator on Washington affairs.

The FPA Retreat 2008 keynote presentations include:

• The Mutual Fund Industry Going Forward, presented by John C. Bogle, CFA. Bogle will address the future of the mutual fund industry and shed light on the long-term impacts of changes happening within the industry.
• The Struggle to Be Ethical in a Corporate Environment, presented by Thomas Donaldson, Ph.D.. During this session, Donaldson will explore whether ethics makes good business sense.
• Mastering the Art of Nonverbal Communication in Business, in which Joe Navarro, former FBI interrogator and special agent, provides skills for interpreting nonverbal behavior.
• The Quest for Money and Meaning, in which Jacob Needleman, discusses the relationship between the quest for money and the quest for meaning.

In addition to the four general sessions, FPA Retreat 2008 will offer new pre-conference workshops on topics including "Translating and Meeting Compliance Requirements Using Real World Techniques" and "Technologies and Financing Business Transition: A New Paradigm."
