Salary Gains for '07 Accounting Grads Sept. 24, 2007 Average starting salary offers to 2007 accounting college graduates rose 3 percent over last year for an average starting salary of $46,292, according to a recent salary survey from the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Class of 2007 economics (business/managerial) and finance graduates posted average salary offers of $47,782 and $46,442, respectively. A separate NACE report suggests 2008 graduates will also enjoy a healthy job market.
