Under the terms of the agreement, AICPA members will be able to order Dragon Tag and Dragon View via an AICPA-specific email address (aicpa@rivetsoftware.com) and landing page on Rivet's Web site. Members of the AICPA will receive special support options as part of the marketing agreement.

Dragon Tag is an add-in to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel that provides the ability to mark up and create XBRL data within the Microsoft Office environment. Dragon View provides easy viewing solutions for working with XBRL taxonomies and instance documents.

XBRL is a royalty-free standard derived from XML for the specific purpose of communicating and publishing business report information. The AICPA is a founding member of the XBRL International consortium.
