Olin, who joined the firm in January 2004, specializes in preparing businesses for global expansion through cross border tax planning and analysis. He consults with clients for both inbound and outbound international transactions and assists clients with multinational tax planning to minimize worldwide effective tax rates.

He has more than 16 years of experience in the international tax field. Previously, Olin was an international tax partner with law firm McDermott, Will & Emery and an international tax partner with Arthur Andersen, both in Chicago.
