Webcast to Discuss Corporate Governance Hot Buttons


Sept. 9, 2004 (SmartPros) Softrax corporation, in association with PricewaterhouseCoopers, will host a free, one-hour Webcast to discuss corporate governance hot buttons, including the impending milestone for Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.
