The tool, titled the “Not-for-Profit Board Member Orientation,” is a PowerPoint presentation on corporate governance and effective board management that firms can deliver in face-to-face meetings with current and potential clients.

Firms may customize the presentation by adding their firm name and logo, and by adding their own specific expertise to the materials. Speaker notes are included to guide the discussion. 

PCPS has made this presentation available, free of charge, to all member firms, and is available for purchase by non-member firms.
