Rosenker Will Take IRS Post


WASHINGTON, D.C., March 14, 2001 (SmartPros) The Internal Revenue Service has appointed Heather Rosenker director of communications for its Small Business/Self Employed Division.



Rosenker will relay division-related information to more than 40,000 employees and externally too agency stakeholders. Her office will also serve as the point of contact for all division matters related to the Federal/State, Disclosure and Legislative Affairs programs.

Before joining the IRS, Rosenker served as executive director for the Federal Advisory Commission on Electronic Commerce that advised Congress on Internet sales tax policy. Prior to that, she served as vice president, communications, for the Professional Services Council and was director of President George W. Bush's Environment and Conservation Challenges Awards.
