Wolters Kluwer Snaps Up TSoft Financial Software


MARIETTA, Ga., Jan. 27, 2001 (SmartPros) Wolters Kluwer North America, the parent company of CCH Inc., has snapped up the assets of TSoft Financial Software Inc, a provider of software and compliance support for financial services institutions.



The Marietta, Ga.-based software company will operate as part of CCH's Bankers Systems Inc. in St. Cloud, Minn., the company stated. CCH is a provider of tax, business and financial services law information and software.

TSoft Financial Software is a provider of software and support for major loan programs that are guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA). TSoft's core product is SBA FormMaster+, which automates the process by which banks and other lenders complete SBA 7(a) loans, the company said. The software, which is used by 18 out of the top 20 SBA lenders in the U.S., assists in preparing all required forms, and includes a financial analysis module and SBA Loan Authorization Wizard.
