Cherry Hill, N.J.-based Technology group, a partner of Great Plains and FrontRange Solutions (formerly known as GoldMine Software Corp.), will work with the H&R Block subsidiary to implement enterprise and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions in the Philadelphia market, said RSM McGladrey.

"Technology Group is excited to join the RSM McGladrey organization and leverage its national presence to provide a complete enterprise consulting solution for our clients," said Steve Ems, founder and managing director of the Technology Group. "In addition, the capital backing will allow us to grow our practice into one of the premier consulting organizations in the region."

RSM McGladrey, which is linked with more than 80 independently-owned CPA firms in the U.S. and Puerto Rico through the McGladrey Network, expanded to Philadelphia last year with the acquisition of the non-attest assets of Blue Bell, Pa.-based Rudolph Palitz.
