C&S Technologies Offers Free E-Filing of Payroll Tax Return Form 941 MILPITAS, Calif., Dec. 13, 2000 (SmartPros) Software developer C&S Technologies is offering free e-filing of the payroll tax return form 941 via its online service, eSmartPayroll, the company said. For a limited time, small businesses can visit www.eSmartPayroll.com and download form 941 onto Microsoft Word or fill out the form online and e-file it for free, the company said. To participate in the program, a business or reporting agent must first apply for a Personal Identification Number from the Internal Revenue Service.
