Creative Solutions Acquires Client Accounting Systems DEXTER, Mich., Dec. 5, 2000 (SmartPros) Today's acquisition frenzy continues as software vendor Creative Solutions announced that it is snapping up certain assets of Client Accounting Systems Inc., developer of WinCABS client write-up software. Creative Solutions said it will team up with CAS to design an electronic client data conversion system from the WinCABS Windows and CAS DOS write-up programs to Creative Solutions' Write-up Solution. "We have known and respected Creative Solutions for many years. We are confident that our WinCABS users and our DOS write-up users will be very pleased with the quality of Creative Solutions' integrated software and the excellent service they provide," said Sam Feingold, president of CAS.
