VDEL Ltd., an Accpac reseller based in Moscow, is finalizing a distribution process as part of an aggressive plan to select resellers for small to mid-size companies there over the next 12 to 18 months, said Accpac.

Accpac said VDEL has shown success not only in reselling, but also in translating and localizing the software for the region. And based on VDEL's performance, it appointed the company as its Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States distributor.

"We have transformed our business to become a distributor on the back of a very strong, internationally recognized product," said Milan Prohaska, a member of VDEL's Board of Directors. "With the distribution channel we are creating, Accpac will add considerably to the inroads it has already made in Russia."

As Accpac's Russian distributor, VDEL will be recruiting and supporting new and existing business partners, as well as taking a role in marking and promotional activities for Accpac products. VDEL will also manage the translation and localization of all new Accpac products for the region, the company stated.
