Solomon Desktop Features New Web Applications


FARGO, N.D., Nov. 14, 2000 (SmartPros) Great Plains' Solomon Desktop, a browser-based desktop that provides employees and business partners with access to Solomon IV via the Web, now features online time and expense reporting.



In an effort to the improve anytime, anywhere accessibility to Solomon IV, a product suite for small to mid-size business, users can now use Web Project Time and Web Project Expense to enter their time cards and expense reports into the main Solomon IV system remotely, the software vendor said.

In addition, the Web Project Analyst application provides users with information about a project from anywhere, anytime. The Windows 2000 Terminal Services Advanced Control, which is embedded into the application, allows users to access all of Solomon IV via a Web browser, the company added.
