Crowe, Chizek Finalizes Deal to Acquire PwC's Fort Wayne Practice INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 8, 2000 (SmartPros) Crowe, Chizek and Company has finalized its agreement to acquire PricewaterhouseCooper's Fort Wayne, Ind. practice, the company said. "We are pleased to be able to further expand Crowe Chizek into the Fort Wayne market and we look forward to getting more deeply involved in the Fort Wayne business community," said Mark Hildebrand, chief executive of Crowe Chizek, from his Indianapolis office. PricewaterhouseCoopers' Fort Wayne office, which primarily handled tax and business assurance matters, includes 25 professional staff and two partners. Nearly all of the staff will remain with Crowe Chizek.
