PwC Names Leader of Transaction Services Group


NEW YORK, Oct. 4, 2000 (SmartPros) PricewaterhouseCoopers has named a new leader for its American Transaction Services group, the company said.



Gene Donnelly, 42, will head the American Transaction Services group, which coordinates with sister operations in Europe, Asia and South America, providing support for cross-border acquisitions and financing transactions. Donnelly will work with clients in the United States, Canada and Mexico, said PwC.

Donnelly, who has been a PwC partner since 1989, succeeds Frank Brown, who managed the practice during its growth to 14 U.S. offices with more than 600 partners and staff and who now serves as global leader of Assurance and Business Advisory Services.
