H&R Block Launches Employee Benefit Program KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 28, 2000 (SmartPros) A new program from tax giant H&R Block enables companies to provide employees with a tax preparation benefit. Under the H&R Block Employer Solutions program, H&R Block representatives will provide individual income tax preparation to participating employees, the company said. Following their tax preparation, program participants may choose additional services available through H&R Block's financial and mortgage services. H&R Block said it will initially target Fortune 50 companies and Fortune's 100 Best Places to Work.
