CPA test prep training provider Yaeger, Inc. is underwriting an Internet TV channel dedicated to the accounting community on the TVWorldwide.com network.

Yaeger plans to use the channel, www.tvaccounting.com, to widen distribution of its "Intensive" streaming video training course, TVWorldwide.com said. The channel will offer video-based training streamed on the Web for CPA test preparation and professional development seminars, according to TVWorldwide.

"This will go a long way towards fostering professional growth and development among accounting professionals who may need a refresher course and those who are just entering the community in preparation for their CPA exam," said CPA Anthony Aiken, managing partner of Aiken Carroll in Fairfax, Va., whose firm has posted job openings on the site.

TVWorldwide.com is developing a network of video channels that is an affiliation of community-based Internet television stations, each underwritten by a strategic partner, "aimcasting'' to targeted business-to-business and special interest demographic audiences worldwide.
